A few years after the new project was consolidated, the process of making a new winery began, for the artisanal production of wines, for which the goal was an increase in quality.

LOOKING FOR THE BEST QUALITY

The winery was made within the same vineyard with the best facilities for proper temperature control for winemaking, in order to reduce the time between the grape harvest and the production process, and to maximize sustainability while also integrating it into the country.

The new winery is seeking sustainability, energy efficiency and integration into the landscape, without losing the connection between sustainable viticulture, climate change and the classic architecture of Mallorca.
